Coaching to Explore Possibilities for your personal life

In our fast moving world there are endless demands to adapt, acquire new skills and advance our knowledge base. By investing time and effort in understanding and developing your self theory you can be more resilient in the face of setbacks and begin to enjoy the challenge of finding effective strategies. You will learn to evaluate your strategy effectiveness and not your self-worth and leave with increased self awareness and knowledge and the ability to put into practice what you have learned.

The coaching sessions provide an opportunity to learn how to use the Possibilities Cycle to identify and change restricting beliefs now and the ability to use it independently in the future. Having a profile created prior to coaching allows you to gain maximum benefit from the sessions as we can target the specific beliefs and feelings that you want to change. This process increases your understanding of how beliefs and feelings about self are influencing your ability to learn and change and importantly, the choices that you consider possible or not. The coaching sessions can be employed to explore possibilities in many different areas of life.

For example we can explore possibilities for;

  • developing your self theory so that it enhances more areas of your life

  • developing parenting skills, including parenting a child with additional support needs

  • achieving a specific goal, such as weight loss, increased fitness, organising an area of your life or developing time management skills etc

  • creating a vision for your life and identifying the first steps

  • reducing stress and increasing positive emotions

  • returning to work after a break or for beginning a new career

  • enhancing your quality of life

  • gaining a life/work balance

  • living with an ongoing illness

  • developing relationships and recovering from fractured ones

  • finding a way forward after a bereavement

  • coping with dilemmas

  • moving forward after a trauma

Coaching sessions can be held by video conferencing if this is more convenient (using Skype).
